Politique de remboursement

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used or washed. You’ll also need to have proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@candecosies.co.uk. If your return is accepted then please send back via an appropriate service, usually Royal Mail 48hr*. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have requested a completely bespoke order then we can only accept a return if there is a genuine fault or if the sizing is incorrect (please bear in mind we usually add shrinkage allowance)

Items that have been used cannot be returned as all returned items, unless faulty, must be in immediate saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For items that are returned due to incorrect purchase or no longer needed then we will only refund the value of the product(s) returned. For faulty items we will also refund the cost of the return postage*.

* We will reimburse an appropriate postage cost for returning via Royal Mail 48hr or equivalent from Evri. Should you choose a 24hr or signed service then we will not reimburse for this.
